installation of bespoke built-in systems. Every project begins with a complimentary design study and preliminary quotation, providing a clear understanding of space, function, and overall investment.

01 — Scope & Pricing Approach
MAXIMA offers a comprehensive interior design service alongside fully bespoke built-in furniture, seamlessly integrating design, production, and installation.
Each project is individually tailored and priced based on actual dimensions, materials, and functional requirements — ensuring precision, transparency, and alignment with the intended budget.
To support early decision-making, we provide a complimentary preliminary design and quotation, allowing clients to clearly understand scope, design direction, and investment from the outset.

02 - Process & Way of Working
Our process is structured to ensure clarity, control, and design integrity at every stage:

Preliminary Phase (Complimentary)
Review of plans or dimensions, followed by a 3D concept and initial budget estimation (~7 working days) -
Design Development
Site measurement and refined 3D design upon confirmation (20% deposit) (~14 working days) -
Production
Finalization of design and quotation, with 50% payment to confirm the production and secure installation schedule (~45–60 working days) -
Installation
Remaining balance is settled prior to installation; timeline varies depending on project scope and complexity
